In order to further enhance team cohesion and improve employees' sense of identity and happiness for the company, our company organized managers and employees with excellent and advanced year-end assessment grades to carry out a two-day team building activity in Yi-Xing, Pottery capital, in June 2023.
The weather was hot. We were not afraid of the sun baking. We visited kart caves and Bamboo Sea, played in the magical world of nature.
The short two-day team building activity made everyone in the team from unfamiliar to familiar, from courtesy to good conversation, and built a bridge of communication between team members. Everyone talked and laughed together, which was unforgettable. We act in unity, care for each other, and yield to each other.
Through the activity, we realize that each of us is an important part of the company. Mutual help is our basic idea. Hard work is our original intention to drive. Achieving the goal is the fruit of our success.
Although the activity is over, the unity and trust we have gained from it will not end. We will give full play to our ability and expertise in the future work, overcome difficulties together, bravely choose our own responsibilities, and harvest our own honor and happiness.
